How to use LUTs in Luminar Neo

Quick answer
In Luminar Neo, open your photo in Edit, open the Mood tool, click Choose LUT, then Add Custom LUT File, select the .cube files and set the Amount. Imported LUTs appear under Custom LUTs.

Step by step
Open the Mood tool
Open your photo in Edit and open the Mood tool.
Add the LUTs
Click Choose LUT, then Add Custom LUT File, and select one or more .cube files. They appear under Custom LUTs.
Blend
Set the Amount slider to taste.
