How to use LUTs in ON1 Photo RAW

Quick answer
In ON1 Photo RAW, open the Effects tab, add the LUTs filter, open its LUT menu and choose Import…, select the .cube files, then pick a look under My LUTs and set the Amount.

Step by step
Add the filter
In the Effects tab, add the LUTs filter.
Import the LUTs
Open the filter's category/LUT menu, choose Import…, select the .cube files and a category. They appear under My LUTs.
Apply and blend
Pick a look and set the Amount slider.
