How to install presets in Lightroom (desktop)

Quick answer
In Lightroom (the cloud-based desktop app), open a photo, click Edit, click Presets at the top of the Edit panel, open the ⋯ menu, choose Import Presets…, and select the .xmp files. They sync to Lightroom on your phone and tablet automatically.

Step by step
Unzip your download
You'll use the files in the XMP folder.
Open the Presets panel
Open a photo, click Edit (or press E), then click Presets at the top of the Edit panel.
Import
Click the ⋯ menu at the top of the Presets panel, choose Import Presets…, select the .xmp files (or the .zip) and click Import. File → Import Profiles & Presets… does the same.
Use them everywhere
Signed in with the same Adobe account, your presets sync to Lightroom mobile and Lightroom on the web.
Troubleshooting
Is this the same as Lightroom Classic?
No. Lightroom (desktop) is Adobe's cloud-based app; Lightroom Classic is the folder-based one. The .xmp presets work in both, but you import them separately.
The presets aren't on my phone yet
Give syncing a few minutes on Wi-Fi, and check both apps are signed in to the same Adobe account.
