How to install presets in Lightroom mobile

Quick answer
The easiest way is to import the presets once in Lightroom (desktop) and let them sync. To import on your phone, unzip the download, then in Lightroom mobile open a photo, tap Presets, tap Yours, tap ⋯ (Options), choose Import Presets and select the .xmp files.

Step by step
Get the files onto your phone
Download the .zip and unzip it (tap it in the Files app, or use Google Drive/Files on Android). Adobe recommends unzipping first. You'll use the .xmp files from the XMP folder.
Open your presets
In Lightroom mobile, open any photo, tap Presets in the Edit panel, then tap Yours.
Import
Tap ⋯ (Options), choose Import Presets, browse to the .xmp files and tap Select.
Apply
Your presets appear under Yours → User Presets. Tap one to apply, then adjust exposure and white balance to taste.
Troubleshooting
Do I need the desktop app?
No. You can import on your phone directly, but importing once in Lightroom (desktop) syncs the presets to every device automatically.
